It's really helping my stress level to have these meals planned out in advance. Not to mention it makes it easier to shop since I'm only buying what I need for the week instead of stocking up on everything imaginable. I'm finding that at least once a week something will come up that we won't have what we planned but I'm just adding it to the following week's meals.
Monday: Spaghetti
Tuesday: Chicken and Brown rice
Wednesday: Tacos
Thursday: Homemade mac and cheese
Friday: Steak and Potatoes
