You're gonna love this one! Had a friend paint some sea creatures on white blocks. She used fabric paint naturally. Told her to make it in bright colors.
Gave her 6 blocks to work on. Oh dear, the pictures are horizontal. Sorry but I don't know how to turn it around :-)
Decided on a log cabin pattern in alternating shades of lite blue & dark blue all around the white blocks and found a nice dark blue fabric with whales and alphabets on it for its outer border.
A nice matching blue fabric for its backing and yet another shade of blue as binding . . . .
. . . . the end results - brilliant I thought! Love this one to pieces.
