I have a wicker laundry basket that I was given as a highschool graduation present, which
means that it has been around for a while. :-) It also was falling apart. But if you know me, I hate to waste things and I hate to just throw things away if there is possibly any life left in them. So a couple nights ago Megan and I got busy and fixed it!

I took raffia and wound it all around the top while holding the fallen of wicker in place.

TADA! Now it is sturdy and ready to use for quite a few more years I hope! I am quite happy to have prevented one more thing from heading to the landfill! Fixing it
Works for Me!
