The other day Aaron came up to me and told me that I wouldn't have to buy much meat this winter, he was going to get the meat we needed by killing chipmunks with his slingshot.
I feel so blessed to have a boy that is trying to help out in the reducing of our food budget! :-) I am not sure that he will actually hit anything with his slingshot which I helped him make out of a piece of elastic (his choice of materials - not mine) but I do admire his positive thinking. Also just for the record, I never have eaten chipmunk and I don't think I ever will, but you never know...
